The CEU Program is titled “CGM - Clinical Indications for Home Use” by Patty Rais-Keeley, RD CDE. An in-depth look at CGM for ongoing home use and includes case studies.

NOTE:
Due to space constraints, seating priority will be given to those members of NHADE who work in clinical settings. While industry representatives are invited, we will place these on a wait-list until clinicians have reserved space.
