Foot Clinic Maintaining good foot health can be challenging, but help is available. We offer foot and nail care for our patients with diabetes and other vascular problems. We have 9 locations:

This is a 5 week course, which covers all aspects of diabetes personal care, and medical treatments. Certified diabetes educators present the classes. Individuals are welcome to bring a spouse, friend or significant other. Most insurance companies cover the cost of classes.

Lebanon, NH Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center’s Adult Diabetes Self-Management Program is an American Diabetes Association recognized excellent program. Classes are held every friday from 9-12. There are 3 different “Jumpstart Classes” and these classes cover survival skills, detailed aspects of diabetes management and life skills. Each thursday am from 8:30-9:30 am “Pre-Diabetes Classes” are offered with the CDE dietitian. Please call 650-8630 to register for any of these classes. Referrals from your PCP will ensure a better chance of coverage by your insurance. Please check with your insurance company to see if diabetes education is a covered service.
