SEEKING - NURSE PRACTITIONER, CDE
Full-time position: Experienced/Certified Endocrinology Certified Advance Practice Nurse, with certifications as a Diabetic Educator and Pump Trainer. Candidate will determine proper diagnosis, plan treatment and education programs, and prescribe appropriate medications within licensed parameters. Will perform patient teaching on self-management of diabetes complications, insulin titration as well as gestational diabetes management. Provide instruction regarding Glucometer usage, diabetes lifestyle management and basic nutritional management.

Requirements:
Certifications required: BS or MSN, NP Certified Diabetic Educator, and Certified Pump Trainer. Must be licensed to practice in Massachusetts. Competitive wages/benefits.
